So far, I found no proofs nor studies among all reviews that would show existing and important side effects of HCA extract intake. Some people might have mild discomfort such as sleepiness or having to go to the bathroom a little more often, but these are not side effects that should stop you from taking it.     Hi there,
    I have been taking this product for a month now. I lost 1o lb, lost appetite, and lost waist line 4-5 sizes. I feel great physicaly
    I had a blood work done and my TSH(THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE) was very high. 13.6 rom 0.37-4.50
    My doctor is going to do another blood draw in a month. My TSH IS VERY HIGH( hypothyroidism)

    I did a research online and looks like a person with high TSH loose weight very easy. I have a feeling that all my weight that i lost is comming from nonfunctioning well my TSH as the result of Garcia Cambogia Extract.
    I have been using 2 pills a day. I never , ever had THYROID problems in the past, but i have now, unfourtantly.

Thanks for your post. I am starting today with Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract. The bottle says 2 a day.
Ingredients are

Calcium 5omg
Chromium 300 mg
Potassium 50mg
GC 1000mg
60% HCA

I would like to take before lunch and night dinner. I have a green and fruit shake for BK.

I only need to loose 20 lbs. With exercise and dietary changes. Dr. told me I have a fatty liver, I don’t drink, I don’t take any drugs, and I am not obese. So any other comments will be welcome.

The weight is mostly in mid section and hips.

    Potassium…… which helps dissolve the tablet

I’ve been taking Garcina for almost 2 wks. I’ve literally lost 12 lbs so far but I stopped eating meat, sweets && no soda. It really suppresses your appetite. I sometimes have to make myself eat just so I can have my 1500 cals a day. I take 2 capsules a day, 1 before breakfast && 1 before dinner. The HCA for my bottle is 60%. I definitely recommend this product.

Jamie, that really dependes which brand you are taking. If you are taking the 1000mg 60% HCA Pure garcinia then it might do the trick with smaller dosage too.

Started it one weekend ago as a result lost of appetite have to force myself to prepare a light meal Had stop consuming meat so lots of vegeteble.
Drink only green tea and water.

I have been using this product for 10 days, so far no weight loss ( I gained 2 Lbs) however, I have lost 1 inch on my arms and waist. My energy level is up (I was always so tired) and I do find I eat less, less cravings for junk food too. I lift weights at the gym 3-4 times a week with some cardio. I am also taking the ultra flush or whatever its call with it. so 4 pills a day. I found taking them as instructed in the morning and before lunch is working better. I tried at lunch and dinner and no results. I will see after 5 more days, that is 2 weeks then. No side effects to date.
