I started taking the Garcinia Cambogia XT a few days ago. Having a bad side effect of insomnia. Never have I ever had insomnia before now. I am 54 and this is my first try on a supplement. I drive for a living. Cannot fall asleep whatsoever! This is very bad for me.

    Patty, I wouldn’t know about the Garcinia Cambogia XT brand, however it is very strange that you are unable to sleep from it. Did you check the ingredients?

    The proper Garcinia actually might help you sleep because it releases a sort of a “happiness&relaxation” hormone in your body.

    Get calm forte, its over the counter at Walmart, also very inexpensive. I have trouble sleeping and this works well without making u feel yuk the next day. Hope this help. I take 3 about 20minutes before bed.

    No, Garcinia is NOT suitable for people under 18 years of age. This is stated on every page that sells Garcinia Cambogia. Only give it to adults!
    Do not give it to a child. Send them to some kind of exercise instead 🙂

I have been taking Lighthouse garcinia cambogia for only 2 and a half days now and I’m already feeling the results.
The first night I had a bit of insomnia but I read that I need to exercise to burn the fat energy so I left my husband in bed and did some exercise in the lounge which worked. I also felt nauseas but I managed to get to sleep eventually.
The second day I felt great! Had a large bowl movement and my tummy felt weirdly clean. Almost like it hadn’t felt healthy in years. I went for a walk that night and slept perfectly well that night. Today I feel fine except I woke up with a migraine. Took some painkillers and had a huge drink of water with powerade (electrolytes) and my headache went away. I need to drink more.I had another large bowel movement. It’s definitely cleankng me out.
Otherwise I feel fantastic! More energy, better sleep, cleaner feeling in my tummy. I’m looking forward to seeing my scales next week.
Some side effects, but I’m not giving up.
